高雄市議會國民黨團今天(5月12日)北上台北市議會召開記者會，再度指控「高雄巨蛋」選商過程有問題。高雄市政府則表示，希望外界不要轉移焦點，掩蓋「台北大巨蛋」的缺失。

高雄市議會國民黨團指出，台北市政府檢討「台北大巨蛋」的徵選過程，其中一點是針對「零權利金」的疑慮，而高雄市政府對「高雄巨蛋」不只未收權利金，還給廠商15億元開發補助。國民黨團認為高市府白白把權利金和工程補助給了廠商，圖利開發商54億元，要求高雄市政府比照北市府的作法，把「高雄巨蛋」選商時的市長謝長廷、工務局長林欽榮也移送檢調。

高雄市政府澄清表示，「高雄巨蛋」已經過高雄地檢署等檢調單位完整檢視，希望外界不要藉由轉移焦點，來掩蓋「台北大巨蛋」的缺失。
